Recommendations for optimal immune support:


1. First and foremost, take your VITAMIN D3 EVERY DAY, in addition to a daily multivitamin.


Tell everyone you know to dose Vitamin D3 based on body weight as below:

200-300 lbs= 6000 IU/day

100-200 lbs = 4000 IU/day

50-100 lbs= 2000 IU/day

25-50 lbs= 1000 IU/day

20-25 lbs= 800 IU/day

15-20 lbs= 600 IU/day

<15 lbs= 400 IU/day


2. Do NOT eat or drink within 2 hours of bed, especially during illness.


3. Do NOT take ibuprofen during illness. You may use acetaminophen (Tylenol), if needed.
