Physician Medical Director



Job: A Medical Director is sought to help oversee operations at our Highland Park location. Physicians board certified in Allergy/Immunology, Family Medicine, Pediatrics or Internal Medicine will be considered. Position is flexible and can be tailored to needs. Position involves direct and indirect patient care, physician assistant oversight, business management, and executive responsibilities.

Pay: Base salary plus commissions, no limit.

Benefits: malpractice, CME, PTO, maternity PTO, holiday PTO, health insurance stipend, 401K profit sharing with safe harbor plan.


Sample Schedule: No hospital duty, rare after-hours phone call, steady clinic schedule of 20-40 hrs/week, 10 hr shifts 8-6, including administrative time, one half Sat AM/month, and with one set full weekday off each week. No holidays or holiday weekends.


50-50 mix of adult and pediatric outpatient allergy/immunology, plus daily U.S. Navy Recruit allergy evaluations..


Our main office in Highland Park is walking distance to Lake Michigan, Ravinia Festival, Chicago Botanic Gardens, restaurants, brewery, retail, drug store and Metra Train. Friendly close-knit neighborhood with highly ranked public schools.

Physician Allergist/Immunologist



Job: Private practice, established in 2008, on the North Shore of Chicago seeks board certified Allergist for a part time or full time associate position.

Pay: Base salary plus commission pay, no limit

Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner



Job: Small but busy private practice allergist is looking for a motivated, mid-level practitioner, full time 36-39 hours/wk.

Pay: Salary negotiable depending on experience with a modest base and a monthly percentage commission that increases yearly.

Benefits: malpractice, CME, PTO, maternity PTO, holiday PTO, health insurance stipend, re-signing bonuses and 401K profit sharing with safe harbor plan.

Schedule: No hospital duty, rare after-hours phone call, steady clinic schedule of 36-40 hrs/week, 10 hr shifts 8-6, including administrative time, one half Sat AM/month, and with one set full weekday off each week. No holidays or holiday weekends.


30 minute or less rush hour commute to Highland Park is required.


Will provide training in the specialty if needed. Once fully trained in the specialty (1-2 years expected), opportunity to reduce hours to part time is permitted.


50-50 mix of adult and pediatric outpatient allergy/immunology, plus daily U.S. Navy Recruit allergy evaluations, in Highland Park. Mid-level providers also share clinical coordination responsibilities.
